Students 🎓
Thank you for your interest in the IPS Setúbal School of Technology, where you can apply for the following mobility programmes by the IPS international office — CIMOB (cimob.dici@ips.pt):
- Erasmus mobility with a study programme for one semester (please check our list of courses that provide English tutorial support and assessment);
- Erasmus mobility for internship (subject to availability of the Departments’ teachers);
- Virtual mobility, only for students from partner higher education institutions in Brazil (please check the list of courses available).
⚠️ For any of the mobility programmes, your language competence must be, at least, of level English B2 or Portuguese B2.
⚠️ Before applying for an Erasmus mobility with a study programme, you must be nominated (by email) by your home institution. Please contact your international office in advance! Afterwards, the application process will be carried out by CIMOB using the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) platform.
Important deadlines for Erasmus mobilities with a study programme
- First semester (Winter/Autumn) nominations for the next academic year: 30 May
- First semester (Winter/Autumn) applications for the next academic year: 15 June
- Second semester (Summer/Spring) nominations of the current academic year: 15 October
- Second semester (Summer/Spring) applications for the current academic year: 15 November
Staff 👨🏻💼
Academic staff from IPS partner higher education institutions covered by the Erasmus+ Programme can use an Erasmus+ grant (excluding participation in conferences) to perform one of the following types of mobility:
- Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA): for teaching activities (open classes, seminars and/or workshops), with a minimum of 8 teaching hours;
- Staff Mobility for Training (STT): for training activities that foster the staff’s professional development;
- Combined Staff Mobility (STA+STT): for teaching and training activities, with a minimum of 4 teaching hours.
⚠️ For any of the mobility programmes, your language competence must be, at least, of level English B2 or Portuguese B2.
⚠️ Mobility minimum duration of 2 days and maximum of 5 days of activities (excluding weekends) within a programme schedule established by one IPS teacher of the staff’s area of knowledge.
