Emotional Intelligence in the Digital Era
-
Course objectives
The development of emotional intelligence (EI) is crucial to the well-being and professional success of any individual, especially in the digital age. This training is designed to enable young people to face the emotional and social challenges arising from the growing use of technology and social networks. Various studies and observations in the fields of organisational psychology and human resources management have shown a lack of emotional and social skills in the labour market, particularly among the younger generations. Today, personal and professional life operate in two spheres: the physical and the digital. The multiplicity of social networks and remote working increase the complexity of emotional management. It is in this context that this training programme is set, with the aim of equipping young people with the tools they need to navigate the challenges posed by the digital age with efficiency and balance. The proposal for this course therefore arises from the need to develop emotional competences, providing participants with a greater level of emotional self-awareness and knowledge that will enable them to self-develop. This will contribute not only to increasing individual well-being, but also to improving the professional and organisational environment.
