Undergraduate in Oil & Gas Technologies

    Course details

  • Course objectives

The aim of the Petroleum Technologies degree is to train top-level professionals for the different areas of intervention in the oil and gas industry, namely prospecting & production and refining. The aim is for graduates to have an excellent basic training, with a strong specialisation component, while maintaining a generalist training within the area of oil and gas technologies. For this reason, the proposed degree programme is made up of two branches, one in Prospecting and Production and the other in Refining, but with a solid general education ensured by common curricular units that cut across the entire curriculum. The aim of this programme is also for graduates to acquire skills that will enable them to go on to study for a master's degree in this area or in another related area, with a professional profile that is suited to this industrial sector, which is expanding rapidly worldwide.
