Mestrado em Engenharia de Produção

    Degree details

  • Degree objectives

The Master's Degree in Production Engineering (MEP) is organised in such a way as to provide holders of a bachelor's degree or equivalent with the opportunity to acquire and deepen their skills for the development of applications in a business context and the promotion of applied research, within the framework of a professional specialisation in the field of Production Engineering. The MEP thus aims to train human resources for product design and industrialisation, and for efficient production and operations management, with product development, production processes and industrial logistics as its core areas of knowledge. The training provided during the master's programme is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates to develop and deepen their knowledge of industrial management technologies and methods, in line with the new paradigms of Lean Management, Industry 4.0 and trends towards digitisation and process integration, contextualised in an increasingly global and competitive market environment.
