Degree objectives

The CTeSP in Electronic and Computer Systems (SEC) provides students with knowledge in the areas of electronics (analogue and digital) and computers, enabling them to apply this knowledge in a work context in response to specific problems. The acquisition of skills in hardware and software development, in an autonomous or team work context, provides professional flexibility that is recognised by the labour market.

Recognition of prior learning

Recognition of prior learning is carried out in accordance with the Academic Regulations of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal.

Admission requirements

Hold secondary education or equivalent, which includes the subject of Mathematics; hold the M23 exams for access to the course; or hold a technological specialisation diploma, a higher vocational technical diploma or a higher education degree.
