Degree objectives
At the end of the course, trainees should be able to:
• Understand the purpose and importance of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) tools in supporting the management and prevention of occupational risks;
• Identify and understand the processes associated with the main OHS tools, namely OHS inspections, observations and conversations;
• Select appropriate OSH tools according to the organisational context and prevention objectives;
• Apply, analyse and evaluate OSH tools in work contexts, contributing to the monitoring of OSH performance and the continuous improvement of preventive practices. -
